Terms of Use

Last updated: 31 July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Structure by Envoke ("Envoke", "the app", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use Envoke.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the app. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the app for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you enter. Do not store content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Envoke offers an optional paid subscription that unlocks premium features. Pricing is shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions are auto-renewing and billed by Apple through your Apple ID at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple; request a refund directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:
  • attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
  • interfere with or disrupt the service
  • reverse engineer, scrape or copy the service except as permitted by law
  • resell or redistribute access to Envoke
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Envoke running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. Where we intend to discontinue the service substantially, we will give reasonable notice.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Envoke is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.

Note on locally stored data: content in the Mental Health module is stored on your device only and is not backed up by us. If you delete the app or lose your device, that data cannot be recovered.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Envoke after that means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to envoketp99@gmail.com.
